Customer service can now select multiple line items at once and apply state changes in 1-click.
This means faster order processing, fewer repetitive tasks, and more time to focus on customer issues that actually need attention. Update 10 items in seconds instead of clicking through each one.
Collect Page
You can now customize how order states are grouped in the Collect Page. Choose which states appear in the Cancelled and Already Collected sections to match how your store operates.
Previously, state groupings were fixed. Now you control the display.
Customer search
Now, same items with different prices are displayed separately, allowing store associates to choose which to act on when creating returns or providing information to customers.
You can now audit all changes to item, stock, and stock location queries. See the complete history in the Configuration History tab, compare versions side by side, and roll back to any previous configuration in one click.
