Improved Copy/Paste Experience in Order Details
To support Customer Service in their daily tasks, we’ve made it easier to copy key order information.
New copy icons have been added in the order summary and customer details.
In just one click, the information is copied and ready to be pasted wherever needed—saving time and reducing manual effort.
Clearer and More Intuitive Anonymisation View
The interface has been improved to make this status immediately visible, reducing ambiguity and helping agents to work more efficiently.
From the visual indicators to the removal of unnecessary actions, the experience is now clearer and better aligned with real-life usage.

Automatically control how items are managed if an order has not met any available stock locations during orchestration.
Three automatic behavior can be triggered in case no candidates could be found:

Shipping fees can now be refunded automatically when all items in an order are returned — no integration layer needed.

Shipping fees are not only refunded with your payment service but also with your tax provider to keep everything compliant and accurate.
