As announced in our last release, the delivery promise can be configured to take into account carrier dispatch contraints. Now all those contraints are reflected and taken into account during Orchestration as well.

The orchestration engine now becomes a smart carrier selector. It will select the appropriate carrier(s) to use to fulfill each order, considering - among other things - the carrier constraints regarding maximal dimensions and weight of the shipments.

Shipment contraints were currently only taken into account in the ecommerce delivery promise module, now they are also taken into account in the orchestration delivery promise module.

Thanks to our integration with Stuart, the same-day delivery company that is disrupting last mile logistics, you can now offer your clients same days deliveries.
