The new History Log feature in the Store App is designed to improve transparency and traceability for all users. It addresses the common challenge of keeping track of daily actions, especially during busy periods.
📖 Now, store staff can easily follow up on what has been done throughout the day. Vendors benefit from quickly accessing and understanding their past actions, allowing them to identify and correct errors efficiently. Managers gain a clear overview of all activities, making it easier to manage operations and understand who did what.
✨ The solution comes in the form of a new tab within the Store App that displays logs sorted by time. These logs are interactive and user-friendly, allowing users to filter, click on entries, and be redirected to the relevant order details. The information shown is customized based on user roles, ensuring each person sees what’s most relevant to them.
This feature will be available by default in all Store Apps. However, it can be activated or deactivated in the app’s Configuration settings, offering flexibility based on store preferences.
