The underlying need was clear — agents needed a quicker, more intuitive way to understand a customer's history before taking any action.
To address this, we delivered an immediate solution: customer service teams can now instantly view the total number of orders placed by a client — directly within the order.
Even better, with just one click, they’re taken to the order page, automatically filtered by the client’s email. This instantly displays all past orders, empowering agents with full context and enabling faster, smarter support.

The Customer Promise has been upgraded and improved to support much higher volumes.
It now handles up to 10 times the previous volume of requests while maintaining a steady response delay. Additionally the Customer Promise response time is much lower and more stable during peaks.
This means quicker updates for your customers during peak periods.
