You can now modify the collection store for a Click & Collect order directly from the order page in the back office. If a customer needs a different pickup location, customer service can update it seamlessly.
To make the process easier, a map displays all nearby stock locations, highlighting those that have full stock availability for the entire order. Once a new store is selected, the system automatically restart the orchestration to ensure the order is sent to the correct collection store.Β
Please note: this change is only possible if the order has not yet been fully or partially claimed. If that's not the case, it must be unclaimed before applying the change.
Β
Simplify connection to warehouse management systems (WMS) with ready-to-use shipping order notifications.
Previously, building a shipping order required specific integration work dependent on your orchestration actions.
Now, with our new standard webhook notification "shipping instructions", you can conveniently send shipping order details to your WMS, including:
Aggregated order items and dedicated stock location
Carrier details for better logistics
Configurable triggers to fit your processes
This update brings more flexibility and automation, reducing the need for integration setup and making it easier to connect to warehouses and stores into your fulfillment processes.
Orchestration and Delivery Promise now offers enhanced capacity management by involving stock location order volume when calculating promises and candidates.
Previously, capacity limits were managed at the carrier level for each stock location.
Stock locations can now have their own order volume limits, ensuring that they don't receive more orders than they can handle.
When a location reaches its limit for the day, the delivery promise will automatically adapt the delivery date, and the orchestration may select other candidates to respect the customer promise.
Configuring order alerts is now easier and more transparent. Instead of changing settings in three places, you can now manage everything in a single location. You can also review and edit alerts in draft mode before publishing.
This update reduces setup time and ensures transparency, allowing teams to see all active alerts at a glance. By reducing complexity, we expect fewer configuration errors and less dependency on support to troubleshoot alert settings.Β
Please note: only the users with client_admin role have access to this page, which is available in the Configuration > Orders > Alerts tab of the backoffice.
The Order In Store module offers a seamless checkout experience with built-in integrations with leading Payment Service Providers (PSPs) such as Adyen, Stripe, and Hipay.
To provide even greater flexibility, OneStock introduces the Payment Connector. This feature empowers partners, System Integrators or IT teams to develop custom integrations with their preferred payment solutions while maintaining compatibility with OneStock's standard checkout functionalities.
Direct Capture: Immediate payment capture at checkout.
Deferred Payment: Authorize payment at checkout and capture funds upon dispatch.
Pay By Link: Generate secure payment links for remote transactions.
Return and Refund Management: Seamlessly handle returns and refunds within OneStock's workflows.
π‘ Use case: Pay from your POS π‘
The Payment Connector may also be used to place your Order In Store in OneStock and then pay it in your POS.
You can streamline this process by having your POS system receive each new basket validated in OneStock. The POS can then retrieve the order, for example, by scanning a barcode displayed when the basket is confirmed in OneStock. The order must then be paid directly in your POS with any supported payment method.
