During our visits to customer service centers, we observed a recurring challenge: agents frequently had to copy and paste client emails manually just to retrieve their order history.
The underlying need was clear — agents needed a quicker, more intuitive way to understand a customer's history before taking any action.
To address this, we delivered an immediate solution: customer service teams can now instantly view the total number of orders placed by a client — directly within the order.
Even better, with just one click, they’re taken to the order page, automatically filtered by the client’s email. This instantly displays all past orders, empowering agents with full context and enabling faster, smarter support.

The Customer Promise has been upgraded and improved to support much higher volumes.
It now handles up to 10 times the previous volume of requests while maintaining a steady response delay. Additionally the Customer Promise response time is much lower and more stable during peaks.
This means quicker updates for your customers during peak periods.

🐛 Minor visual bugs fixed on DIY configuration screens
🐛 Blank sales channel tab fixed on the Item Details page—an empty form now appears when no features are configured
🐛 Site default sales channel changes are now saved correctly
🐛 In Stock Location Calendar, exclusion slot claim option now stays disabled after saving—no more mixed messages
✨ When editing a stock location, invalid options now trigger a clear, helpful message when blocking the save—no more generic error toasts
