Release note 12.5
Improved selection of delivery location in the Order in Store
We enhanced the user experience for selecting final delivery locations in the Order In Store module, specifically for Pickup Point and Click & Collect options.
Previously, clicking on a pickup point or a stock location from the map directly moved users to the validation step, making it difficult to view details like name, hours, address and distance. Now, clicking on one of them opens a pop-up with all the relevant information, allowing users to confirm before finalizing their choice.
Bulk order filtering in the OMC
We introduced a new filter on the order search page within the OMC, allowing users to filter multiple orders simultaneously by their IDs.
This enhancement simplifies operations for users who need to export, manage, or comment on multiple orders simultaneously, improving efficiency and saving time.
Note: To add this new filter, click on the Add Filter button on the right of the screen and make the Bulk Order Search filter visible.
More intuitive configuration of reasons of Stock Unavailability and Dispositions
Configuring "Unable to Fulfill" (UATF) reasons and dispositions is now easier. We've combined all settings into a single, unified configuration accessible from both the stock and store app configuration pages. This new setup reduces repetitive tasks and simplifies workflows, making configuration more intuitive and less error-prone.

Webhooks enhanced scalability
Our webhook infrastructure has been optimized to handle higher loads more efficiently, ensuring steady performance even as traffic increases. With improved resource allocation and a new performance testing tool, we can better anticipate scaling needs, allowing for smoother integrations and consistent reliability across all implementations.
No changes are required on your end to benefit from these improvements.

Enhanced Performance for the Store App
We have introduced major performance optimizations to the Store App, particularly focused on reducing the number of API calls triggered during page refreshes when staff performs preparation tasks.
This enhancement will significantly improve system responsiveness, especially during high-demand periods like Black Friday. By minimizing unnecessary system requests, we’ve streamlined key processes, allowing your teams to focus on what matters most: preparing and fulfilling orders efficiently.
