We've added a transaction management page to OneStock. Finance and customer service teams can now view and track transactions, operations and payment statuses across all orders from a single interface, without switching between tools or systems.
You can search transactions by payment reference or order number, and filter by operation type, status, date or payment provider. This is useful for quickly locating a specific order during a customer call or narrowing down failed transactions during reconciliation.
Selecting a transaction opens a detail panel showing payment method, provider, capture and remaining amounts, and the full operation history. You can see at a glance whether a payment was fully captured, partially failed or still processing (including a visual breakdown of captured vs. remaining amounts).
We've introduced three standard webhooks for payment events. You can now receive real-time notifications whenever a payment changes state, making it easier to synchronize with your systems or trigger post-payment workflows.
These webhooks cover the entire payment lifecycle, from the initial transaction to the detailed processing steps handled by payment providers. All webhooks share a consistent structure, making them simple to integrate and manage.
Compared to previous notifications, they now include all the necessary context (such as status changes, amounts, and provider details) directly in the payload. This allows your systems to react immediately without additional API calls, simplifying integration and improving reliability.

The Store App now features One-Click Printing, allowing you to trigger shipping labels or other printable documents instantly to your network printer via automated webhooks.Β
This seamless integration cuts down fulfillment time and eliminates friction at the packing station, though manual printing remains available whenever you need it.
We've extended the Troubleshooting Center to cover API access (ACL) and Workflows errors, in addition to Carriers. You now have detailed technical logs across three areas: Carriers, ACL, and Workflows.
You can now export filtered log data directly from the interface. The exported file can be used in your own tools, to analyse error patterns, share snapshots with third-party technical partners or support audits.
We have added three new webhook topics for Carriers, ACL, and Workflows. This allows your systems to receive an error snapshot the moment it occurs in OneStock without having to check the interface manually.
This feature is currently in early access and is scheduled for global deployment with release 23. If you'd like to be part of the early adopter group, contact your Customer Success Manager.
We have added specific filters to the stock query settings to complete bundle management already available. You can choose to include bundle items only or non-bundle items only in your stock exports.
You can now check the availability of promotional kit independently from standalone parts and isolate specific product types to prevent inventory mismatches in your digital storefronts or back-office systems.
We have introduced automatic refund synchronization between OneStock and Shopify.
When a refund is triggered by OneStock, it is automatically processed in Shopify, removing manual steps and speeding up the process for your customers.
Partial refunds are supported, ensuring only concerned items are refunded. The feature is disabled by default and can be activated from your connector configuration.
Note: Shopify connector releases follow a different release cycle than the OneStock platform. This feature will be available in the coming weeks.Β
