We've updated the visual identity of both the Store App and the Back Office to reflect OneStock's new brand. The login pages and navigation bars have been redesigned to be consistent with OneStock's new branding.
Your operational teams can now get an instant answer to their questions about configuring and using OneStock, directly from the back office, without searching through documentation or waiting for a response from support.
Robin is the AI ββassistant integrated into the OneStock platform, designed to support administrators and operational teams in their daily tasks. It leverages OneStock's functional and technical documentation to ensure reliable and verifiable answers. Each answer includes its source reference, allowing users to explore the issue further independently.
What this update means:
Get step-by-step help to configure a setting or business rule
Quickly find a feature or back-office page without searching through menus
Ask your questions in natural language and get a precise, sourced, and immediate answer
Robin is not enabled by default. Please contact your OneStock representative to activate it.Β
Extend and customize the store application to suit your context and needs, providing your sales associates with a tailored and efficient experience.
You can create and integrate custom pages directly into the navigation menu: sales associate dashboards, appointment scheduling, inventory tools, or any other interface useful for daily point-of-sale operations.
What this update means:
Centralize all sales tools in a single application
Integrate custom business interfaces tailored to the needs of each point of sale
Control the placement of each extension within the navigation for a clear and consistent experience
Deploy your chatbots with complete peace of mind. You can now rely on OneStock's Model Context Protocol (MCP) as an ultra-secure foundation for conversational integrations. We've implemented robust authentication, perfectly tailored to each use case.
Specifically, the MCP integrates a comprehensive security framework based on OAuth 2.0, with two authentication modes:
Client Mode: Allows any conversational client to easily connect, with secure sessions expiring after 24 hours of inactivity.
Server Mode: Designed for automated integrations, with tokens renewed every 15 minutes to guarantee continuous and seamless workflows.
What this update means:
Deploy MCP integrations in production with an "Enterprise" security level.
Connect external agents (like Dust) to enhance the conversational tools for your operational teams.
Create and integrate your own conversational agents for your end customers to enrich the pre-purchase and post-purchase experience.
Access to MCP requires authorization. If you are interested, please contact your OneStock representative.
Your sales staff can now scan all types of barcodes more quickly and reliably from the store app, even small format, damaged or reflective labels.
The Store App's camera scanning feature includes new configuration options that allow for fine-tuning the camera's input size and resolution. These settings can be configured directly by your teams to adapt to the specific conditions of each point of sale.
What this update means:
Reduce scan failures on hard-to-read labels
Adapt the scan configuration to the constraints of your store environment
Streamline checkout and shelf operations with faster recognition
You can now apply a disposition directly to stock in transit, without having to create fictitious stock types to simulate a reservation or a hold.
A disposition is a quantity of stock marked as reserved, held or allocated for a specific purpose. Until now, this attribute could only be applied to stock that was physically available. Now, dispositions can be applied as soon as stock is in transit, and remain attached to that stock throughout its lifecycle, from dispatch to physical receipt in the warehouse, without ever being lost during status changes.
What this update means:
Mark a stock quantity in transit as reserved or blocked as soon as a purchase order is issued
Ensure that a disposition remains attached to the relevant stock, regardless of its status, whether in transit, being received or available
Gain a reliable, unadulterated view of your committed, current and future stock
